Ingenuity's Delivery Policy

Shipping and Delivery Policy

All Ingenuity online orders are processed the same day or by the next business day. Manufacturers often update their products, often without notice, to ensure that they remain competitive and at the forefront of technology.

When we receive an order from you, we will confirm with our warehouse and suppliers that we are able to obtain the product you have ordered. If there is a problem (for example, if the product you have ordered has been discontinued), we will contact you to offer you an alternative.

Each product page shows our estimated delivery time and delivery costs.

To protect ourselves from fraud, products will not be dispatched until payment is confirmed. If payment is by cheque, we will not dispatch your order until we have received the cheque and the funds have cleared into our bank account.

Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method you choose during checkout.
